Sunshine's Flea Market of NW Florida opened in the wake of Hurricane Michael. Shae's idea was to offer vendors a place to start over and a way to help their community by selling and trading wares they no longer needed. But, due to lack of vendor interest, the focus of Sunshine's was forced to change. To attract customers she started selling, largely, new, quality, heavily discounted liquidated and wholesale merchandise. In time, this focus grew to pay the bills but, Shae's old dream to serve the flea market vendors living around the Wiregrass still survives. Vendors who contact her beforehand can still expect her to offer friendly service and to accommodate them with competitive indoor or outdoor table rates or monthly booth rentals.
