A Time To Change Counseling Center, P.A. is a locally owned practice serving both Leon and Wakulla Counties. We are dedicated to providing quality, professional, and confidential care for all ages in our community, and we are passionate about seeing our clients thrive! Our specialties include EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, Compassion Focused Therapy, Behavioral Modification, and others to treat depression, anxiety, behavioral issus, trauma, substance abuse, and more in a safe and caring environment.
