Apex Payroll opened in Tallahassee in 2009 by Tallahassee natives, Brian and Rachel Bond. They decided to establish a local business that could support the payroll needs of small to midsize businesses by helping them run more efficiently. They combined streamlined payroll management capabilities with the kind of personal attention that a hometown business can provide.
