Continental Condominiums

This is a No Smoking or Vaping Property. Private property, only guest and owner's allowed. Must have Parking pass at all times while on property. No trailers or golf carts No rental slingshots allowed on property. No items on balcony rails this includes towels, clothes, etc. We have 3 areas designated for smoking only. Continental Has been around for decades and our guest become family and come back each year. We would love for more guest to become family.
