FSU Passport Acceptance Facility

***We are accepting passport applications BY APPOINTMENT ONLY*** Walk-ins will not be accommodated. To schedule an appointment please visit our website. This facility is officially designated as a Passport Acceptance Facility by the U.S. Department of State. Students, faculty, staff, and members of the community are welcome to apply for a U.S. passport book and/or passport card directly through our office. We offer on-site passport/visa photo services that meet requirements for most countries. *The Department of State requires their fees to be paid via check or money order. Cash is not accepted for any associated fees.
