The new Panama City Beach City Hall opened in November 2019. It is the location of twice monthly City Council meetings. In a typical month, the Council meets on the second Thursday at 6 p.m. and the fourth Thursday at 9 a.m. Holiday scheduling does alter this schedule in November and December. Public records requests must be made at City Hall; requests go to the City Clerk. For job seekers, the Civil Service office is located at City Hall. The Mayor and City Manager also have offices inside City Hall. The City's Public Information Officer is located at City Hall, along with Accounting, Payroll, Risk Management and Human Resources. The old City Hall building will be torn down at the end of 2019.
