Tallahassee Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery specializes in IV sedations, wisdom teeth removal, exposure and bonding for orthodontic treatment, TMJ disorders, surgical extractions, implant placement, tori removal, bone grafting, alveoloplasty, frenectomy removal, lesion biopsies/removal and other reconstructive surgeries. Dr. Ricardo Ortiz M.D., D.M.D. is the Senior Facial Trauma Surgeon at TMH. He is a graduate of Harvard University and speaks fluent Spanish. We expect the highest standard of care for our patients. All clinical staff are ACLS certified and are either Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH) or Certified Surgical Techs (CST), which is well above the mandatory requirements set for the state of Florida to provide the best care.
